The ambience of the hotel was outstanding. The film awards were being presented whilst we were there and this added to the excitement. The combination of flame mahogany and white marble was wonderful. The soft furnishings were beautiful. I spent time just admiring the combination of all the interior of the hotel and the staff who were immaculately dressed. Food and beverage. Whilst traveling around India and as we are English we have experienced difficulty in accessing an English cup of tea however your chief who I asked for his help made us tea perfectly. His name is PREM he was most helpful and a pleasure to talk with. We give him 10 out of 10 he has made the best English cup of tea in India. Excellent Ann an Colin xxx .

1. Extremely friendly and helpful staff especially Ms Neelima at Front Desk 2. Travelled with parents and got triple upgrade and got room on highest floor 3. Also, got complimentary High tea and night snacks 4. Tea was provided on complimentary basis whenever we wanted 5. High quality consumables (all from Forest Essentails) and generously replenishing every day

One of the most elegant properties in Delhi. It has a great legacy associated with it. Clean rooms Food was tasty. Personalised attention with regards to keeping an anniversary cake in the room was a nice gesture and we appreciated it. Service is slow.. please improve it for the sake of “Taj”

We were welcomed with Indian rituals and welcome drink . All our meals were excellent and Taste was individual and can not be compared. We loved their staff specially the ones below 1) Anjali : Excellent lady who did Checkin for us....she was so caring and available all time for us 2) Beauty : She welcomed us so softly and warmly and showed us our table. 3) Dhruv who served us with brilliant smile, Raman : who made excellent italian food for my 5 years daughter , Amani : his south indian food gave us a Chennai ride , JOSHI: He made world best egg Benedict for us , PRASHANT: excellent service from him Dhruv left us speechless and we still have his wonderful gesture in our mind. Thank you TAJ and entire team for making our stay really memorable. LOVE to you all from us , specially JAIRA our daughter.

The staff were very helpful and helped us throughout our stay. Breakfast was great at Spicy Duck and mediocre at Capital Kitchen. Capital Kitchen accommodated us by sending some good food at late night when we arrived late. The hotel ambiance was nice.

Professional, proficient and efficient establishment complete with the Taj brand of customer service. Traveled with family including my nonagenarian grandmother. Kudos to Mr. Ryan and Mr. Karanpreet at the reception for their quiet efficiency, Ms. Beauty and the staff at The Capital for their help. Everyone enjoyed the place and we will be back. Definitely.

I enjoyed a spectacular experience from check-in to check-out! The staff are all amazing and the concierge arranged a driver to accompany me to all the sites I wanted to visit. This additional chauffeur service made my visit to Delhi a huge success! The drivers over 2 days of touring in Delhi made me feel very safe as a solo female traveler! I cannot express how important this chauffeur service was to me! Thank you to the gentlemen who accompanied me on my drives to all the wonderful World Heritage Sites and the beautiful parks in Delhi! A FABULOUS hotel in every way for a solo female guest.

1. The receptionists, along with the other staff of the hotel, were very friendly and caring. 2. They offer flexible meal plans and adjust them to suit my requirements. Even though my check-in time was in the afternoon, they welcomed us in the morning and I was promptly given a room. 3. When we returned to the hotel after an outing, we were pleasantly surprised to find a photograph of my family placed on the table in my room. The staff who had helped us take some snapshots had taken the initiative to print a copy of the same photo and placed it in the room. This thoughtful gesture truly surprised all of us.

amazing hotel, great service, especially Roshan at the concierge desk. The rooms are great, nice big towels, plenty of amenities, free water in a glass bottle, and chilled. Decent breakfast choice. nice quiet area away from the madness. Huge pool and four restaurants! Also a money changing desk, although it’s much better out on the street for an exchange rate.
